Goblet of Fire...

WOW! =)

Harry Potter--The Goblet of Fire was quite spectacular, I was up until 3:00 am yesterday finishing this darn thing...hehe. The 5th installment will have to wait until vacation so I don't pull anymore of these no work weekends finishing the book! =)

maroon 5 rocks my flip flops!! =)

holy monsters...tonight was oober-rifically, fan-freaking-tastically, fantabulous!!!!! =) Hehe =). It was a night full of incredible surprises from around every beautiful corner. We turned out to be those psycho fans we all squawk about...nooooo! =) hehe...but it's alright, we weren't really all that bad ;).
Sound check was nice, we got a glimmer of what was to come...then we lined up with our "partner" ticket holder and got group photos with Maroon 5. =) Mickey was so friendly, making sure he shook everyone's hand! =) hehe. We walked out with a new signed photo, which is very cute.
After a bit of a wait in the car (Kress and I managed to get some work done and Kim and Annie managed to get in a nap =)) we picked up tickets from will call. Kress bounced away from the ticket booth giddy as ever...we were in row 1...seats 3 & 4!!!! =) w00t!! =) Our seats were amazingly ooberific...better than I could have imagined!
Simon Dawes opened, a very good band indeed, from L.A. as well. Then the Thrills came on with "Big Sur" and were signing after their set. Thanks to Annie for capturing the memory of the moment on her camera =). Hehe. We all got signed memorabilia and photos. Then...Maroon 5 wowed us all with their performance. OMG!! I was nearly out of breath...we were so close, on our feet, and there were no heads in our way! It's almost like some first row syndrome, you feel some strange need to dance and scream. Hehe...we were "wooing" and jammin' throughout the show...I don't think I've ever been as into Sunday Morning, I mean I always jam to it, but this was the best it has ever been =) *sigh* Kress caught a pick from Adam (rather, she scooped it off the floor), which was utterly fantastic! At the close of the show, Adam had been on drums and dropped the drumsticks on the floor of the stage. After they exited, the stage crew came by to clean up and threw them into the audience. Amazingly, one of them flew right towards me and my outstretched arms. OMG...ooberific.

Fantastic! hehe...now I must say hooray for a night of awesomeness and finish my work so that I may find some bit of slumber...=) I do believe sweet dreams shall fill the heads of all who were at the Pond tonight...*sigh*
